I bring together music, movement, Yin, meditation, somatic practices and Tantra to create experiences that invite people into deeper presence, expression and connection.
Each experience can stand alone or be woven into a retreat, festival or event programme. All can be adapted to your space, audience and duration.
A two-hour embodied journey — not a traditional cacao or sharing circle. Somatic movement, Tantric relating practices and a guided circle woven together so women first connect with their own bodies, then explore how they take up space in connection with others. Developed to support women in opening up, feeling more alive and cultivating self-worth and connection.
Fundamentally relational — the other women in the room are part of the practice.
Yin Yoga accompanied by a live, curated DJ set — not a playlist in the background. I build the musical journey around a theme, using vocals, lyrics, instruments and atmosphere to support the emotional arc of the practice. As the body moves between stillness and sensation, the music evolves with it.
Deep, lyrical, intentional music — an active presence within the experience.
A guided dance journey using music, movement and expression to support freedom, connection and embodied presence. Participants move through distinct energetic phases — arriving in the body, into full expression, toward integration and stillness.
Tantric philosophy, mantra, meditation, awareness and embodied inquiry rooted in Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra. For those ready to go beneath the surface of a meditation practice.
I can design an experience combining different modalities around your venue, audience, intention and duration — a single session, a half-day immersion, or a recurring programme shaped entirely around your space.
Music, movement, Yin, meditation and somatic practice are not separate offerings — different ways into the same inquiry: awareness, embodiment and expression.

Rooted in Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra — not about emptying the mind or escaping experience. Each practice combines a short philosophical teaching, mantra and guided awareness. Rather than suppressing thoughts or sensations, we learn to witness them with greater awareness, creating more space and clarity around whatever we are moving through.
Weaves mantra, visualisation, philosophy and awareness — not simply stillness.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, weaving the five elements and their meridians into each practice. Every class is dedicated to one element — Fire explores the heart, connection and openness — so the physical practice becomes a deeper inner exploration. Yin is not simply about the shapes we make with the body, but about the sensations, emotions and inner experiences that arise within them.
Postures connected to the element, meridians and themes — not simply physical stretching.

Explores how we take up space, feel and express ourselves — not by dancing as if nobody is watching, but by becoming more aware of how we show up when others are present. Through guided movement and free expression, we explore what happens when we allow ourselves to take space and let the body lead. Movement can reveal patterns around visibility, expression, boundaries and connection.
Holds both deep connection with one's own inner world, and awareness of how we relate to others.
This work grew from my own experience. During a period of severe depression I realised I had learned to numb myself rather than meet what was arising — and that even my yoga practice could become a way of temporarily feeling better rather than actually being with what was there.
Discovering Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra shifted this: from suppression toward meeting life in its fullness — feeling, experiencing and expressing what arises. That shift is now at the heart of everything I facilitate.

I started in a corporate career — and spent years feeling disconnected from my own life. Long-term yoga practice was a thread, but it wasn't until I found embodiment work, somatic movement, Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra and eventually music as a pathway into the body that something genuinely shifted. My teaching is the integration of those threads: movement, awareness, music, philosophy and the relational dimension of being in a body alongside other bodies.
I don't only offer fixed formats. I can work with you to shape an experience around your space, audience, theme and the energy of your event — bringing together facilitation, movement, music, meditation and curation as a single coherent arc.

Yoga, meditation, somatic movement, Tantra and music — not one modality, but different gateways into the same exploration.
I care about the journey participants actually experience — the arc, the atmosphere, the feeling they leave with.
As a DJ, I use music intentionally as part of the energetic arc. Not background sound — part of the practice itself.
My practices explore not only our relationship with ourselves, but how we show up with and around others.
Informed by Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra — meeting life as it is, rather than using practice to bypass what arises.
